Nurturing Care

– Transportation to and from surgery

– Follow through with doctor’s post-op requirements

CUSTOMIZED CARE

Every surgery and individual’s recovery needs are unique. The Wallace takes pride in customizing each care package based on your needs and the doctor’s recommended post-operative care instructions. Beyond the first 48 hours, the amount of time you spend utilizing our services during your recovery is your decision.

During our discovery call we’ll provide our knowledgable opinion on the amount of care you will need, then follow back up with a customized quote.


PACKAGE DETAILS

You can rest well knowing all Wallace personnel have signed a non-disclosure agreement, are First Responder and CPR certified, have undergone background checks, and driving records have been reviewed. Your safe and relaxing recovery is our top priority!

All packages Include:

  • The utmost discretion and respect for privacy, 

  • Highly personalized service,

  • Pre-op reminders,

  • Pre-surgery personalized client consultation,

  • Transportation to surgery,

  • Retrieval of prescriptions, if needed,

  • Transportation after surgery,

  • Meal preparation,

  • Medication reminders,

  • And transportation to the day after post-op appointment.


GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Completing and returning our questionnaire five days prior to surgery,

  • The recovery location; your home or an Airbnb, VRBO, etc,

  • Providing a separate bedroom for The Wallace host,

  • Possessing your own comfortable recovery clothing,

  • Covering the expense of your own food,

  • And necessary surgical supplies and garments; faja/surgical compression girdle, bbl toilet seat pillow, etc.


Deposit

A deposit equaling 50% of your total is required to secure your reservation date, of which, $250 is non-refundable.


Payment

Payments can be made via Cash App, Venmo, or credit card. Final payment must be received 2 business days prior to surgery.


cancellation &Reschedule

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded to the original method of payment LESS $100, taxes, and processing fees.

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to surgery.

Notify us immediately if surgery has to be rescheduled by the doctor. We will do our best to accommodate the change.


In the event, additional time is needed, we charge a $25 hourly rate with a two hour minimum.

A 10% discount is applied if you reserve 4 days (96 hours) in advance.
